Avery Ranch
Overview
Avery Ranch is a master planned community of nearly 4,000 homes that features the best our area has to offer. This Northwest Austin neighbourhood has a City of Austin address and is part of growing Williamson County with Round Rock and Leander school district schools. Only 20 miles north of downtown Austin, nearby major roadways 183, I-35 and 620 take residents on their commutes to work, shopping and recreation in Austin or nearby Cedar Park and Round Rock.
Avery Ranch is an active community highlighted by the premier daily fee golf course in the area, Avery Ranch Golf Club. Five neighbourhood community centers including pools, tennis courts and sport courts make living in Avery Ranch feel like you’re living in a resort. Trail heads connect the subdivision to the adjacent Brushy Creek Regional Trail and Champions Park. The area is also popular with cyclists due to bike lanes and organized rides from the local bike shop.
Avery Ranch has several organized social events throughout the year including an annual 4th of July fireworks show. The Red fish swim team, Soccer Shots and community sponsored cub scout troops are just part of the kids activities within the neighbourhood.
Schools
Avery Ranch sits on the border of two highly acclaimed school districts, the Round Rock ISD and Leander ISD. Both are amongst the fastest growing school districts in the state. In the community there are 3 elementary schools within walking distance of many homes.
According to the Texas Education Agency all Avery Ranch schools achieved the “Met Standard” rating, the highest rating available under Texas’ new state accountability standards. In addition there are many private education choices available close to the Avery Ranch community.
